This is a great way to start the day or for a quick lunch. Get your vegetables, full range of nutrition combined with protein to get a slow release of energy that will keep you full and powered for 3 hours. Tastes great and makes it easy to lose weight.
Ingredients you will need:
1/4 cup oats
pinch of salt
1 cup of water
1 cup spinach
a kiwifruit
1 tablespoon soaked chia seeds and 1 tablespoon soaked linseeds
1 cup of water
a banana
1 scoop protein powder
2 drops stevia
First make your porridge, mix the 1/4 cup oats and cup of water and pinch of salt and microwave for 6 minutes.
While that’s cooking add the into the blender the spinach, kiwifruit, cup of water, chia and linseeds and blend for 35 seconds. This is to concentrate the power of the blender onto the seeds to make sure they are blended up really fine.
Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend for another 35 seconds. Pour into your porridge, give a little stir and enjoy.
Do the research, Google chia and linseed. By adding them to your smoothies you can eliminate many pill supplements you may be taking e.g. omega3 fish oil and get nutrition from a natural and whole source.
