Part1: 1/4 cup berries, 1 whole apple, 1/2 cup baby spinach, 1/4 cup of water, 1 banana, 1 scoop protein powder, 1/4 cup of cocoa, 3 squirts of liquid stevia, blend for 35 seconds.
Part2: Add 3-4 cups of ice (about 2 trays) depending on how hard you want your icecream, less ice it’s like a chocolate thickshake more ice it makes a hard icecream. Blend for 35 seconds.
Makes 1.5 Litres of chocolate icecream. Enjoy!
